We are now looking for a Structural Design Project Manager in Tampere or Espoo. Experts in data centers and industry, come build a better future with us! As a Structural Design Project Manager, you will ensure that the structural design of the project is implemented technically with high quality, on schedule, and according to objectives. You will work closely with both external and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for project execution, coordinating design solutions, monitoring quality, schedule, and costs, and anticipating potential challenges. You will act as a unifying force in structural design, serving as a reliable partner for the client. We are eager to hear what skills and experience you bring. The position is based in Espoo, Tampere, or Oulu, with partial remote work possibilities. To succeed in this role, you need an inquisitive mind, precision, and a desire to demonstrate your expertise and develop. A positive and sales-oriented approach to work is also valued. The role requires a relevant degree (Bachelor of Engineering / Master of Science in Engineering) and previous experience in similar roles. In structural design, we use Tekla Structures and AutoCAD, in addition to office software. Experience with Navisworks and Trimble Connect is considered an advantage. The role requires fluent spoken and written Finnish, and the ability to work in English in an international market.
