We are looking for night receptionists for the winter season 2026-2027. Are you interested in working in Lapland during the winter season? Your workplace will be determined based on your preferences, for example, Rovaniemi, Levi, Ruka, or Ylläs. If you are service-minded, proactive, and enjoy night work, you might be the person we are looking for. As a night receptionist, you will be at the heart of customer service at a hotel or accommodation facility, working in a calmer but responsible environment. You will manage the reception operations during the night and ensure the safety and smooth stay of guests. Job duties include: - Managing the hotel reception during night shifts - Handling guest check-ins and check-outs as needed - Monitoring hotel premises and guest safety - Answering phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries - Handling reservations and making necessary system entries - Preparing reports and tasks for the next day’s reception - Collaborating with other staff to ensure smooth daily operations What we expect from you: - Previous experience in reception work or customer service, or relevant training - Good communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and responsibly during night hours - Calm and careful work attitude - Good stress tolerance in seasonal changing situations - Fluent Finnish and English skills; additional languages are a plus We offer: - A pleasant and varied job during the Lapland winter season - The opportunity to work full-time or part-time - Salary according to agreement, at least according to collective agreement - Comprehensive training at the start of employment Lapland offers more than just work; unforgettable winter activities and breathtaking natural beauty.
