Job Description
The role involves managing, mentoring, and developing a team of 20 integration associates, defining and executing middleware integration strategies, overseeing end-to-end delivery of integration projects, building stakeholder relationships, providing technical leadership in SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, and IBM middleware, ensuring governance and compliance, driving continuous improvement, and managing project and stakeholder engagement. The candidate should have strong middleware expertise, leadership experience, stakeholder engagement skills, project management capabilities, problem-solving skills, and domain knowledge in enterprise architecture, cloud integration, APIs, and hybrid IT environments.
