Job Description
Join AFRY's Water & Environment team in Zurich supporting national and international infrastructure and energy projects. Responsibilities include administrative support, project management, invoicing, data management, scheduling, travel bookings, meeting organization, and participation, as well as support in recruitment. Work in a dynamic, meaningful field with flexible hours and modern infrastructure, including home office options. Our office is centrally located near Zurich-Altstetten station, fostering an inspiring work environment with a friendly, supportive team. Requirements include a successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship or similar, experience in an assistant or administrative role, fluent German, good English, and proficiency in MS Office 365. Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems is advantageous. Reliable, precise, and independent work style, with team spirit.
