The Site Manager role contributes directly to the company's mission to develop and commission clean power plants to make 100% renewable energy accessible to all. The Site Manager will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of wind turbines and related equipment, including inspection, operation, and repairs on the site. They will also troubleshoot to diagnose and resolve issues causing turbine shutdowns or malfunctions, ensuring proper operation and safety compliance. Responsibilities include training technicians, supporting maintenance processes, leading troubleshooting efforts, analyzing safety risks, managing stock, and ensuring safety standards. The candidate must have a college diploma or technical certificate, or 5 years of relevant experience, with knowledge of electrical and mechanical testing equipment, and the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. They must hold a valid driver’s license, be able to travel nationally and internationally, and comply with Canadian safety regulations.
