HVAC Expert / Supervisor - Rakennuttajapalvelut Jarjotek Oy - Rovaniemi, Finland

In the role of **EXPERT AND SUPERVISOR**, you will participate in the guidance of construction projects and the supervision of construction work from the early stages of the project through to the warranty phase. In your work, you will operate in close cooperation with customers, your own team, project organizations, and authorities. The construction sites include both new constructions and renovations. **If you** have education in the field (HVAC Engineer/M.Sc. Tech) and experience, as well as the ability to act constructively even in challenging situations, you are the person we are looking for. In addition to good written expression in Finnish, the work naturally requires a willingness to travel. You are proficient in basic office software such as Excel, Word, and Pdf. **5 years** of work experience in supervision and/or design tasks is considered an advantage. Proficiency in supervision and design software as well as cost calculation software is also considered an advantage.
