D-License Customer Service Representative at Airport Area - Avia Pysäköintipuisto Oy - Vantaa, Finland

Our cooperative company is seeking a customer service-oriented person with a D-license! A bus license, at least D1, and professional competence are required. Experience is not necessarily required, but attitude and willingness to serve are more important. Driving accounts for about 40-50% of the workday. The rest involves rewarding customer service, simple paperwork for reservations, handling customer vehicles, and other travel-related tasks. You can earn merits and recommendations from us for various opportunities! We assume you have an impeccable driving record (parking fines or minor speeding tickets are not a problem), understand the obligations and implementation of safe traffic, are friendly, and maintain composure even with challenging customers. Proficiency in Finnish is required, as you will be speaking a lot. Additional language skills besides Finnish are an advantage. The job does not involve ticket inspection or fare collection. You should be physically active, in good physical condition, and preferably non-smoking.
