Overview of the Role: As an Agentforce Specialist Account Executive at Salesforce, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by positioning and selling Agentforce — Salesforce's flagship AI platform — to enterprise and commercial customers. You will combine deep AI knowledge with strong enterprise sales skills to conduct technical discovery, craft compelling points of view, and demonstrate how Agentforce delivers measurable business outcomes. Working closely with the broader Salesforce sales team, you will show up as One Salesforce throughout the entire client engagement. Responsibilities include identifying, qualifying, and developing Agentforce opportunities, collaborating with the Salesforce sales team, articulating Salesforce product stack benefits, and leading cross-functional coordination. Required qualifications include 10+ years in enterprise B2B sales, deep understanding of AI and machine learning, hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, and excellent communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience in AI-driven customer engagement solutions, familiarity with predictive modeling, and a relevant degree.
