Job Description
Finland's largest small engineering office is looking for more employees. CoE Group is a growing Finnish design and consulting company. You will work as part of our knowledgeable team. We are looking for motivated senior-level mechanical designers for our client assignments in the Tampere and Hämeenlinna areas. We expect the Lead Mechanical Designer to have experience in guiding other workers and taking design responsibility. A minimum of five years of experience in mechanical design is required. You will focus on designing various projects across different industries. You will work both independently and as part of our design team. A suitable degree is either a Master of Science or a Bachelor of Engineering. We especially value experience in vehicle technology or mobile machinery, as well as proficiency in NX, Vertex, Creo, and SolidWorks software. Knowledge of strength calculations (FEM) is considered an advantage. Fluency in Finnish and good spoken and written English are required; other languages are a plus. Success in this role requires initiative, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.
