Job Description
The role involves managing shift handovers, optimizing staffing, ensuring safety and sanitation compliance, controlling machine speeds, reducing scraps, overseeing output, assigning staff to machine issues, ensuring good production practices, preparing reports, investigating KPI issues, participating in daily meetings, coordinating with departments, and reporting hourly activities. The candidate should have a technical diploma or higher, 5+ years of related experience with at least 1 year in a team leader role, shift flexibility, strong production control and process innovation skills, leadership and coaching ability, customer focus, familiarity with ELS principles, proactive problem-solving, and good communication skills.
