Job Description
As a Service & UI/UX Designer, you will guide projects from initial discovery through to concept development and final high-fidelity prototyping. Working within a cross-functional team, you will translate complex business needs into seamless end-to-end service experiences. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic service design with concrete UI execution using advanced Figma techniques. You will work in a fast-paced, international environment with high-impact projects and professional growth. You will lead the discovery phase and execute detailed interface designs, ensuring every touchpoint of the service is user-centric, visually polished, and technically sound. Lead user research, journey mapping, and service blueprinting activities Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define and align on service goals Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes Create high-fidelity UI designs in Figma ready for developer handoff Utilize and contribute to established design systems for consistency Validate design concepts through user testing and iterative feedback loops Collaborate with product owners and developers to ensure design feasibility.

Requirements
- Strong skills in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, and variants
- Previous experience in Service Design for digital products or services
- Advanced knowledge of UI/UX design principles and high-fidelity prototyping
- Experience creating customer journey maps, service blueprints, and user flows
- Ability to facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
