We are looking for a shift supervisor for our internal logistics. You may already have experience as a shift supervisor or be an active, responsible, and interactive person interested in our continuously developing production environment. This role is in the field of internal logistics and picking. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, maintaining and developing warehouse management, production monitoring, handling problem-solving situations, minor procurement, collaborating with production, methods planning, quality, and maintenance, and participating in safety development. The role may also include supervisory backup. The position does not include direct managerial authority but responsibilities and guidelines are predefined. The role is participatory, with flexible time management depending on the situation and department. There is potential for advancement to supervisory roles. The position is permanent, full-time day work, with readiness for 2-shift work. Requirements include work experience and/or education supporting the role, a higher education degree (e.g., engineering), enthusiasm for working with people, commitment, and Finnish and English language skills.
