Job Details
Responsibilities
- Design and plan comprehensive training programs aligned with institutional goals and KPIs
- Conduct training needs assessments through surveys and stakeholder interviews
- Co-design modules, workshops, and instructional materials
- Lead in-person and virtual training sessions
- Identify potential clients and support marketing of training offerings
- Negotiate training contracts and customize content to meet client expectations
- Develop post-training surveys and analyze performance data to evaluate effectiveness
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and compliance documentation
- Investigate emerging trends and instructional technologies to enhance training relevance
- Produce research contributions to projects as instructed by research leads
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, international affairs, business administration, economics, psychology, development studies, public policy, information system, computer science, AI or related fields
- At least two (2) years of full-time working experience
- Proven experience as a trainer, facilitator, or learning & development professional
- Proven ability to design instructional materials and adapt content for diverse audiences
- Knowledge in programme marketing, promotion and contracting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in English with strong communication, presentation, and drafting skills
