Job Description
StaffPoint is seeking a Head Chef for LH Catering restaurants for the winter season 2026-2027. The work begins on 9 November 2026 and lasts until approximately 4 April 2027. The position is full-time, 112.5 hours / 3 weeks. The employment contract is between the employee and StaffPoint. Key responsibilities include leading the kitchen team, supporting and motivating them to succeed and achieve shared goals, overseeing customer experience, staff satisfaction, and restaurant service quality, organizing operations, handling orders and other office tasks, and collaborating closely with the entire restaurant team (around 20 during Christmas, about 7 in spring). Required skills include supervisory experience in kitchens, problem-solving, passion for northern flavors, knowledge of ordering systems, good Finnish or English skills, driver’s license, and hygiene passport.
