Job Description
The municipality of Inari is seeking a class teacher for a permanent position starting August 1, 2026. The position is located at Inari School. Experience in preschool and primary education, familiarity with multi-grade and simultaneous teaching, and proficiency in Sami language are considered advantages. The municipality of Inari pays a language supplement determined by the municipality to employees proficient in Sami. Additionally, employees receive a 3% Inari supplement based on the task-specific salary. The municipality also uses Epassi (https://www.epassi.fi/fi/etusivu). Qualifications are in accordance with regulation (986/1998). The selected candidate must submit an approved health certificate to the school principal and a criminal record extract in accordance with law (504/2002) within 30 days of the decision. The position has a six-month probation period.
