Construction Project Manager K-Group, Tampere - Kesko Oyj - Remote - Global

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager for Keskon Real Estate Services in Tampere. The role involves managing new, renovation, and modification construction projects across Finland, mainly in Pirkanmaa, Etelä-Pohjanmaa, and Kanta-Häme. The project manager will be part of a team of about 20, overseeing projects from planning to warranty period, including participation in planning, development, and major renovation projects. The ideal candidate has a degree in civil engineering or a DI, several years of construction experience, and project management skills. Responsibilities include coordinating internal and external stakeholders, managing contracts, and ensuring project progress. Fluency in English is required, Swedish is a plus. The position is permanent, starting as agreed, with travel mainly within Finland.
