At our Koski TL service center, you will have the opportunity to provide person-centered care and develop nursing work together with a skilled team. Your tasks include working in a 29-place unit for elderly residents in a 24/7 service housing facility, where person-centeredness, rehabilitative approach, and resident participation are valued. As a practical nurse, you are responsible for basic care, medication management, and implementing cultural and recreational activities that enrich daily life. You support residents' functional capacity with a rehabilitative approach and enable a safe, individualized, and meaningful life. We offer meaningful work for the elderly as part of a professional and warm-hearted team that values development-mindedness and good cooperation. We expect experience in elderly care, good teamwork skills, and proficiency in Finnish. An active LOVe medication license, familiarity with the RAI assessment system, and good IT skills are considered advantages. The qualification requirement is a relevant social and health care degree or equivalent qualification, or previous formal education, and registration with the National Supervisory Authority for Welfare and Health.
