We are currently looking for a speech therapist for our client Hihku Oy in the Southwest Finland region for a permanent full-time position. Our client, Hihku Oy, is a therapy company based in Kaarina, providing speech therapy services primarily for Kela's child clients in Southwest Finland. The company's core activities focus on quality customer work, flexible schedules, and therapists having the opportunity to work independently but with community support. At Hihku Oy, speech therapists can start working with ready-made clients, and full working hours are available from the beginning of employment. Your workday You will work with Kela's child clients in their everyday environments across Southwest Finland. The work includes basic speech therapy tasks such as client assessment, planning and implementing rehabilitation, and collaborating with clients' families and other networks. The work is highly independent, allowing you to plan your own flexible work schedule. Clients are ready at the start of employment, but you can also utilize your own network to grow your client base if desired. If you have special expertise, client assignments can also be tailored to match your skills. The work involves traveling to clients' homes, so the use of your own car is necessary. Additionally, we hope you will participate in weekly meetings at Hihku Oy’s office in Kaarina at least once a week. Employment begins as soon as a suitable candidate is found. The employment includes a four-month probation period. The selected candidate must present a criminal record extract before starting work. The fixed monthly salary for the position is €3,800, plus semi-annual and annual bonuses. With a basic client load, total earnings are typically around €4,300 - €4,600 per month, but there is no upper limit to earnings. You can also specify your salary expectations in your application.
