We are looking for a team supervisor (kymppi) for our client company operating in the surface treatment industry. Your task is to work under the supervision of a foreman and mainly act as a frontline supervisor for workers. We expect applicants to have basic production skills: * Forklift driving skills * Overhead crane driving skills * Experience in painting work * Knowledge of operational systems * Good visual reading skills A thorough orientation will be provided for the position. The most important qualities are the ability to manage overall tasks and good supervisory skills. The job is divided so that 60% production work and 40% order/documentation work.
