We are now hiring a care assistant for a permanent position. Our modern facility in Rovaniemi, established in 2017, is centrally located with good transport links and services within walking distance. Our clients are mainly developmentally disabled and neurologically impaired persons living in their own apartments, receiving individual support services. The role involves recognizing clients' individual needs and ensuring quality care, respecting their autonomy, and providing support in daily activities, basic care, medication, and overall well-being. You will work with professionalism, respecting clients' independence and dignity, with daily reporting and documentation. Requirements include a qualification as a practical nurse or in final stages of studies, social and health care professional card or readiness to obtain it, ability to demonstrate medication competence within four months, willingness to work in three shifts, COVID-19 vaccination, basic Finnish language skills, and a clean criminal record.
