A temporary contractual position for a PART-TIME TEACHER (ERLO) is available at Myllyoja School from August 11, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The task is to serve as a special class teacher in a special education class. Myllyoja School is a primary school with over 300 students. The school has a preparatory education class and, every other year, a music special class. Our values are equality, safety, community, well-being, and responsibility. The school's activities strongly reflect home internationality, cooperation, and student participation as means to improve school satisfaction and influence. From 2027, Myllyoja Primary School and Laanila Middle School will merge into Jääkärinkangas Combined Primary School, which both schools' staff have been involved in planning. Applicants are also expected to be interested in this change process. Qualifications are determined according to the decree on the qualifications of education personnel 986/1998. Original certificates demonstrating qualifications must be presented during the interview. Experience as a small group teacher and interest and experience in co-teaching are considered an advantage. Salary is determined according to the municipal collective agreement for the education sector. Before the appointment is confirmed, the selected candidate must, within 30 days of receiving the decision, present a criminal background check issued under law 504/2002, section 3, for working with children.
