Are you still looking for summer jobs in customer service and financial administration? We are recruiting for our client Ropo CUSTOMER ADVISORS For the Porvoo or Kuopio location. Your main task is to assist Ropo's customers with payment-related matters, such as extending due dates, splitting payments into multiple installments, handling complaints and address ambiguities, and updating information. While their goal is to resolve each issue during the first contact, the most important qualities in customer service are a helpful, friendly, and solution-oriented attitude. People are encountered in all kinds of situations; everyone may need flexibility in payments at times, and flexibility can often be offered in accordance with agreements with the billing department. The role involves balancing support for the billing department's cash flow with the wishes of the end customer, so negotiation skills and a good service attitude are advantageous. The task is to help, offer solutions, and sometimes handle firm feedback. Work is primarily conducted via phone, email, and chat. Shifts are scheduled on weekdays between 8 am and 8 pm, with a weekly hours range of 15–37.5 hours. Fixed-term summer employment begins on June 8, 2026, and can end either on August 31 or September 30, depending on your availability. The employment contract is with Staffpoint.
