Job Description
We are looking for a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner to join Korn Ferry, supporting one of our global RPO Clients. The role involves building and developing client relationships through excellence in the recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, evaluating, and marketing candidates to clients in an onsite or offsite environment. The role is focused on candidate relationship management, customer focus, and responsiveness. Fluency in Polish, English, and German is required. The position is remote, supporting a global client, with responsibilities including full-cycle recruitment, developing sourcing strategies, and stakeholder engagement.
