Sales Assistant - Jysk - Helsinki, Finland

You will work in a fast-paced, competitive environment, focusing on sales, customer service, cash register duties, and store maintenance. You will contribute to achieving store goals, serve customers with expertise, and ensure the store is tidy, stocked, and ready for each new day and campaigns. Physical work includes receiving, unpacking, and shelving goods both in the warehouse and store, accumulating thousands of steps daily. The role requires motivation to excel in sales, initiative, independence, good communication skills, resilience, flexibility, and respect for colleagues. You must be at least 17 years old, with good Finnish language skills in writing and speaking, and understand the company's operational guidelines. The position is part-time, averaging 16 hours per week, with pay according to the store's collective agreement, ranging from €10.89 to €15.26 per hour plus evening, Saturday, and holiday bonuses.
