Esperi Care is Finland's third largest provider of residential services, operating nationwide with over 100 locations. We offer housing services for the elderly, disability clients, and mental health rehabilitants, with a revenue of 473.4 million euros in 2025. We aim for the happiest residents in Finland and good financial management as a key part of our strategy. We are seeking a full-time, permanent accountant to join our finance team to replace a retiree. The role involves ensuring high-quality, timely financial administration, including monthly reporting, tax and regulatory filings, daily reconciliations, and financial statements. The candidate should have extensive experience in external accounting, a relevant higher education degree, and system skills in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. The role requires accuracy, prioritization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team. The position is based in Helsinki, with flexible working hours and hybrid options. The start date is 10 August 2026, with an application deadline of 2 June 2026.
