Construction Supervisor - Helsingin Ympäristötekniikka Oy

We are looking for a proactive and skilled construction supervisor to join our growing team, responsible for the smooth daily operations of earthworks projects. The position is initially fixed-term until the end of the year, but permanent employment is definitely possible for the right candidate. Who are we? Our focus is mainly on municipal technical connections as well as drainage, rainwater, and wastewater renovations. Job description and responsibilities: As a construction supervisor, you will be responsible for daily site management, scheduling, and resource allocation. You ensure that projects progress according to plans, quality requirements, and safety regulations. You act as a link between clients, subcontractors, and our own staff, and independently and confidently lead work teams. What do we expect from you? Previous experience in supervisory roles. Strong expertise and experience in earthworks. Fluent Finnish and English skills (language of sites and documentation). Advantageous: Experience in renovation construction.
