The Icebreaking Company Oy is looking for a skilled and responsible maintenance supervisor for a permanent position within the maintenance unit. As a maintenance supervisor, you will be responsible for the upkeep of building technology and ensuring that buildings and technical systems support the smooth daily operations of our clients. The role combines technical expertise, preventive maintenance, and practical work. We Expect You To Have Basic qualification in HVAC or electrical engineering or a basic qualification in Property Maintenance (PT). At least three years of experience in maintenance or building technology tasks. Willingness to perform minor repairs and renovations. Proactive and responsible work attitude.
