Construction Site Manager for Road Maintenance - YIT Oyj - Helsinki, Finland

We are looking for a construction site manager for the city contract in Herttoniemi. As a site manager, you will be responsible for the financial and qualitative success of the project. An excellent safety culture is important to us, and in your role, you will lead safety management, planning, and daily implementation. You will also act as the street work supervisor for the project. At least three years of experience in year-round maintenance of roads or streets, a relevant higher education degree, Tieturva II card, Helsinki street work card, B driver’s license, safety and fire work cards. You are experienced in managing construction sites and people, with skills in financial management and reporting. You understand contracts and managing subcontractors. You have resilience, good interaction, and negotiation skills, and are skilled in handling customer feedback. You can utilize various systems and digital tools daily. You have a solution-oriented and firm working style that supports others towards common goals. The role requires on-call readiness. What can you expect from us?
