Job Description
Korn Ferry is searching for a Campus or University Recruiter to support one of our RPO clients remotely from anywhere in the United States. The role involves developing university relations and internship programs, managing candidate sourcing, conducting competency-based interviews, and building long-term talent pipelines. The recruiter will communicate career opportunities to students, foster relationships with universities, and implement recruitment strategies. Requires 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, experience with applicant tracking systems, and strong interpersonal skills. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. Travel up to 30% may be necessary.
