We are looking for skilled individuals to solve design challenges in interesting projects within a growing and development-oriented team. As an experienced structural designer, your work will include diverse design tasks in various renovation and conversion projects. We carry out renovation design for protected sites, public buildings, residential buildings, commercial and office spaces, and industrial sites. You will independently handle structural design projects, with materials ranging from concrete to steel. As a project manager, you will oversee project management tasks in diverse and interesting projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. As the project leader, you will ensure the successful execution of the project, its objectives, and customer satisfaction. We welcome your insights on the skills and experience you bring. We require a degree suitable for structural design (Bachelor’s or Master’s), knowledge of old structures and building materials, and at least five years of experience in renovation structural design. Our design software includes AutoCAD. Experience with Tekla Structures and FEM analysis is an advantage. We also value certified qualifications and/or the prerequisites to obtain them. Proficiency in Finnish, both spoken and written, is required; in an international market, we are interested to hear if you can work in English as well.
