Would you like to do meaningful work with children—work where no two days are the same? You will have the opportunity to use your creativity, build a safe daily routine, and be part of the growing afternoon activity program. We have been providing high-quality afternoon activities since 2015. Our activities are expanding, and currently we organize them in Tampere, Ylöjärvi, and Kangasala—soon in a total of eight locations. We are now looking for energetic and enthusiastic hourly supervisors for the normal school afternoon program! Location Tampere University Normal School, Kuokkamaantie 16, 33800 Tampere. Your Tasks Afternoon activities are guided leisure activities after school for 1st and 2nd graders. Our activities are planned, safe, and diverse. In your work: - Implement daily activities together with the team - Participate in guiding children, outdoor activities, and snack times - Collaborate with school staff and guardians. You will work as part of a team at the location. Employment Details The position is temporary, from August 4, 2026, to December 18, 2026. Extension into spring 2027 can be discussed. Working Hours 15-25 hours/week - Work Monday to Friday. Working hours are between 11:00 and 17:00 (activity time 12:00-17:00) - No work during school holidays. This job is ideal for students or those seeking part-time work. Requirements - Genuine interest in working with children - Suitable education or experience in the field - Experience working with children, especially in guiding groups - Active and responsible work attitude - Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills - Flexibility in changing situations Applicants must present a criminal record extract (Act 504/2002).
