We are seeking a dedicated caregiver to join our team at Small Group Home Arjen Sydän in Siuntio. The position is permanent and full-time, involving three-shift work. The role begins as agreed. Arjen Sydän is a specialized child protection unit where each child is treated as a unique and loved individual. The team is trained to address neuropsychiatric challenges, behavioral issues, and attachment and trauma-related needs. Working as part of a committed, multidisciplinary team with extensive experience in child protection, you will contribute to the child's rehabilitation and well-being through structured routines and caring adults. Each child has a dedicated guardian, and family work is an essential part of the process, involving parents and the child's network to support the child's development. The salary ranges from €2435.24 to €3016.00 per month depending on experience, plus shift allowances. Requirements include a qualification as a practical nurse, social worker, nurse, or community educator, a driver's license (B), and a hygiene passport.
