We are seeking a robot welder for our client in Tammisaari. The company is an established domestic player in the metal industry, manufacturing metal products in highly automated and modern production. Modern manufacturing methods are used in production, and products are made almost entirely from recycled steel. As a robot welder, you will work on the production line with welding robots and ensure smooth execution of robotic welding. Fanuc welding robots are used in the work. Your daily tasks include monitoring robotic welding, positioning parts, and quality inspection. The work also involves some manual welding and welding quality control. You will work in a production team of about a few dozen people. The work is primarily in 2-shift rotation, 40 hours per week. Shifts rotate regularly, and there may be night shifts depending on production needs. Previous experience in robotic welding, basic welding skills, industrial education or work experience in production, ability to work in a production environment and follow work instructions, careful work approach and quality monitoring, Finnish or Swedish language skills are required. Experience with Fanuc robots and previous work experience in metal industry production are advantageous. We offer 40 hours/week, salary €13–15/hour depending on experience and skills, additional benefits according to the collective agreement, orientation, and long-term employment opportunity.
