Job Description
We offer 24-hour residential care for clients with developmental disabilities. Amandantien Residential Services in Kirkkonummi consists of two group homes and row houses. In total, we have 20 client places. We are now looking for two new licensed practical nurses to join our team. The role of a licensed practical nurse includes supporting and assisting clients in daily activities while respecting their autonomy. You will be introduced to the tasks, and a skilled and professional team will support you. The work is on a three-shift schedule, and you have the opportunity to influence your own shifts. The work begins on August 3, 2026, or by agreement. Interviews and selections will start during the application period, so please act quickly! Workplace name and address: Amandantien Residential Services, Amandantie 11, 02400 Kirkkonummi Working hours: 114 hours 45 minutes / 3 weeks The position is permanent. Qualifications: To operate under the title of licensed practical nurse, the right to use a protected professional title suitable for the role is required. The role requires vaccination protection according to section 48 of the Infectious Diseases Act and tuberculosis screening according to section 55 of the same act. Selected candidates may be asked to provide a drug test certificate in accordance with the West Uusimaa Well-being Services County’s substance abuse program. Additionally, valid medication licenses or completion of medication exams at the start of employment are required. From January 1, 2025, those selected for the position must present a criminal record extract in accordance with section 28 of Act 741/2023, concerning work with disabled persons. Furthermore, a hygiene pass and proficient written and spoken Finnish skills are required. Previous experience in working with disabled persons is valued.
