StaffMill Oy is looking for a proactive earthworks worker for a fixed-term, full-time position in Tampere for the summer season of 2026. Your workday will consist of various tasks in the earthworks sector, where you can utilize your skills. Your duties include pipe installation and connection work, as well as the use of laser and measuring equipment. The role requires the ability to read earthworks plans and drawings accurately. The projects mainly focus on drainage work sites and building foundations. What we expect from you: - Fluent Finnish language skills - Valid occupational safety card - B driver's license - Experience in interpreting earthworks plans and using measuring devices (pipe and laser levels) - Skills in pipe installation and connections. Preferred qualifications: - Relevant education in the field - Hot work permit or other professional certificates in the field. We value initiative, precision, and a proactive attitude towards work.
