We are looking for a technical property maintenance worker for a client in Vantaa! We are seeking a technical property maintenance worker for a site requiring security clearance. The selected person must have a clean background (security clearance will be conducted) and solid experience in the secrets of the inside of property maintenance. The site has many building technical systems and automation, which the selected person is expected to master. Work starts when a suitable person is found and, according to preliminary mapping, there is work available until autumn, but a good applicant has a great opportunity to get a foot in the door at our client company and continue employment in the same or another site. If you have the following under control, you may be the person we are looking for: - Education in the property maintenance field - the work is responsible and basic education must be in order. - Several years of experience in property maintenance and especially indoor work - we are looking for a professional who gets things done without needing supervision. - Clean background - passing the security clearance is required for the site. - Good Finnish language skills - the language of supervision is Finnish. - High work ethic – the work is independent and you are responsible for your own work. - Social skills in order – you get along with people even in tight spots.
