Koja Group is a Finnish family-owned company with over 90 years of history, offering air handling solutions for buildings and ships and blower solutions for industry. The group employs over 500 people. We are now seeking assembly workers for Koja Oy's Jalasjärvi plant to join permanent and fixed-term contracts for ventilation unit manufacturing. You will join a skilled production team to manufacture high-quality ventilation units. The work includes versatile assembly tasks and you will watch the product evolve from components to finished goods. The role is full-time with weekday two-shift work. We value motivation, teamwork, and proactive attitude; appropriate training or prior experience in assembly/production/industrial tasks is preferred but not essential, as attitude and willingness to learn matter most. Finnish language proficiency is required for instructions and daily communication.
