Job Description
Are you the solution to the right equation? At Talgraf, finance is more than just numbers; it is strategy, impact, and building the future. We are looking for a CFO to join our team, someone who combines precision, vision, and passion for developing operations. We understand that finance involves collaboration with people as much as managing numbers, so we expect you to enjoy working in a team and value smooth interaction. Your role is a versatile combination of big-picture understanding and comprehension, precise financial management, expertise, and everyday tasks. You will work both independently and closely with our accountant and partners. As CFO at Talgraf, you will: Lead the overall financial management, participate in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and calculations that support our company's strategic decision-making. Develop financial leadership, responsible for comprehensive financial management of Talgraf and our group and affiliate companies, and develop our processes to be efficient and modern. Ensure smooth financial operations by monitoring key business indicators and finding solutions to improve productivity and profitability. Support management and teams by providing up-to-date financial information, calculations, and insights that support optimal decision-making. Apply your expertise in daily financial administration, manage core processes, guide them, and integrate them into overall leadership. Participate in practical tasks by connecting strategic development work with everyday activities such as invoicing and administrative matters, ensuring finance is a tangible part of daily life and business success. Act as a bridge between people and numbers. Numbers do not operate alone; behind them are always people and teams. At Talgraf, collaboration, interaction, and achieving shared goals are as important as precise figures. Do you recognize yourself in this? You have relevant experience in financial management and skills in budgeting, reporting, forecasting, calculations, and financial figures, preferably from various types of companies. You are analytical, precise, and able to independently manage financial control while working flexibly with different financial tasks and experts. You communicate about finance understandably and are proficient with modern financial systems and tools for financial management. You are development-oriented and find ways to streamline and modernize operations. You use Finnish and English fluently in your work. You see beyond the numbers and find practical solutions. You remain calm under pressure and make decisions that advance the business. You enjoy being part of an enthusiastic team and understand that finance is a shared entity influenced by everyone’s contribution. Work can be done wherever you feel comfortable—remotely, hybrid, or at our offices. We have offices in Kuopio, Vantaa, Kajaani, Oulu, and Rovaniemi.
