Earthworks Worker - Worker Etelä-Suomi Oy

We are looking for fiber installers and earthworks workers for the 2026 season at various locations across Finland. We seek experienced fiber installers and professionals in earthworks (e.g., excavator driver, earthworks worker, or footman). The work requires readiness for travel. We hope you are flexible, proactive, and active. You can work smoothly both as part of a team and independently. The work begins according to agreement at the start of the 2026 season. You are suitable for this job if you have experience in earthworks, are prepared for travel (work is done in 4/3 or 7/7 shifts), speak fluent Finnish, hold a valid occupational safety card and Tieturva1, have at least a B-class driving license, and are ready to do physical work with an independent approach. It is also an advantage (but not a requirement) if you have first aid training and experience in minor maintenance work on excavators. We offer you a salary according to collective agreement or better, always paid on time. The hourly wage ranges from 15-20 euros depending on your skills and experience. You will have a contact person from Worker who is easily reachable and helps you personally with all questions related to employment.
