Commercial Lead - a founding hire - Työmarkkinatori - Vaasa, Finland

Build something that actually matters Sensinite is bringing a new generation of radiation detection technology to market. Our solutions are already deployed in Finland. Now we are launching globally. This is not incremental improvement. Our patented technology changes how authorities, civil protection, defense, and critical infrastructure operate in high-risk environments. We keep society operational when nuclear hits the fan. We are now looking for the first commercial hire to take this technology to the world. You will join as the third team member and take ownership of commercializing Sensinite. This is a builder role. You will not inherit a sales machine you will create it. You will open doors to key customers (defense, civil protection, authorities, integrators), build early pipeline and relationships from scratch, turn complex technology into clear, compelling value, drive pilots, demos, and first commercial deals and help define how we go to market globally. Over time, you will shape the commercial direction of the company with the opportunity to grow into a leadership or CEO role. We are not looking for a traditional salesperson. We are looking for someone who has strong internal drive and ambition, takes initiative and ownership, learns fast and enjoys understanding technology, is comfortable operating without structure and wants to build something from the ground up. Fluency in English is required. Finnish/Swedish and other languages are a plus. Be one of the first people in a deeptech company with global potential. You work directly with the founders and shape the company's direction.
