Amusement Park Worker - Rush Turku Oy - Turku, Finland

Rush trampoliinipuisto offers an energetic work environment. The work is primarily in the evenings on weekdays, with busy days on weekends. The main duties of a park worker include area supervision and cash register work. Additionally, there are opportunities to host birthday parties, guide groups, and occasionally take on shift supervisor roles. The position is part-time, making it suitable for students who want to work alongside their studies. We require our employees to speak Finnish, be proactive, responsible, cheerful, and careful. Previous experience with trampolines is not necessary; a positive attitude is most important. Our work community is close-knit and cheerful. We hire individuals aged 16 and over as part of the Rush team. Shift supervisors must also have good stress tolerance and organizational skills, as they are responsible for running the park and supervising staff during their shift. Previous supervisory experience is considered an advantage. The minimum age for shift supervisor roles is 18. Wages are in accordance with the current collective agreement for amusement, theme, and adventure parks. Previous work experience is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The employment contract includes a 6-month probation period.
