Would you like to do meaningful work flexibly according to your own schedule? Join the team of happy people by providing important and customer-oriented work as a personal assistant under a framework agreement. We are looking for personal assistants for Onni in the Raahe area. As a personal assistant, you support our clients with daily chores and leisure activities. The clients need assistance due to illness or disability, and the tasks are always tailored to the individual needs of the client. The work may include household tasks, errands, outdoor activities, and other daily support activities. A valid driver’s license and access to your own car are required for the job. What does a framework agreement mean at Onni? A framework agreement allows for casual work without commitment to a specific number of hours. Shifts are offered through the DomaCare system, from which you can choose the shifts that suit you best. Work is available on weekdays, weekends, and in morning and evening shifts. Salary and other employment terms are based on the private social services sector collective agreement. You will receive proper orientation before starting shifts, and support is available during work if needed. The employment relationship is established separately for each agreed and approved shift. What do we expect from you? - Energetic, responsible, and reliable work attitude - Ability to work independently and consider the client’s needs - Fluent Finnish language skills - Being of legal age - Willingness to do customer-oriented and meaningful work - No formal education or previous experience in the field is necessary – the right attitude and willingness to learn are most important!
