Job Description
The New Properties and Land Survey Department of the National Land Survey of Finland is responsible for subdivision, private road proceedings, boundary determinations, and other basic proceedings. Additionally, the unit makes paid decisions related to the property register, improves the property information system, and handles mortgage and lien matters. We are hiring 2 permanent Survey Engineers starting from July 1, 2026, at the Rovaniemi office. As a Survey Engineer, you will work on various land surveying procedures, mainly focusing on subdivisions and related mortgage and lien issues. The role also includes procedures related to the improvement of the property information system and other property-related tasks.
