Job Description
About the project The Starta eget med AI project aims to lower the barriers to entrepreneurship in Ostrobothnia by combining entrepreneurship support with practical and responsible use of artificial intelligence. The project targets individuals who want to start a business and offers support in developing, testing, and implementing business ideas with the help of AI. The project is carried out in Ostrobothnia and includes method development, workshops, and the creation of a guide and model for AI-supported business advising. Your responsibilities As a project manager, you will have overall responsibility for the implementation of the project. You will lead and coordinate the work together with project specialists. This role includes: - leading, planning, and monitoring the project's activities - being responsible for the project's finances, reporting, and quality assurance together with the finance specialist - coordinating collaboration with regional stakeholders, planning, and participating in workshops, seminars, and other activities - contributing to the development of methodology and materials related to AI and entrepreneurship - ensuring effective communication and dissemination of project results The project manager is particularly responsible for the overall: management, follow-up, reporting, and coordination of the project's activities. We are looking for someone who has - a higher university degree in a relevant field - experience in project management - good ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Swedish, English, and Finnish We value - knowledge of entrepreneurship, business development, or innovation - interest in and experience with AI and digital tools - experience with publicly funded projects (e.g., EU or regional projects) - ability to work in a structured, independent, and team-oriented manner - experience with StartUp and/or micro-enterprises We offer - a central role in a current and socially relevant project - opportunity to work at the intersection of innovation, entrepreneurship, and AI - a broad regional network of partners - a dynamic work environment with committed colleagues and opportunities for personal development Salary according to collective agreement for universities of applied sciences and internal directives.
