Job Description
We are looking for a CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR for our client's industrial investment project in the Vaasa area. The work is expected to start around 07/2026, with an estimated duration of approximately 18 months. Responsibilities: - Supervision of earthworks, foundation, and construction activities on site - Monitoring the progress of worksite areas, access routes, foundations, structural work, and other construction activities - Ensuring implementation according to plans, quality requirements, and project specifications - Monitoring the quality, schedule, and safety of contractors' work - Identifying and tracking deviations, deficiencies, and change needs observed on site - Collaborating with the project organization, design team, contractors, and other site parties - Maintaining necessary documentation, reporting progress, and following up on agreed actions - Supervising compliance with safety and HSE requirements.
