Nurse, do you want to play a key role in planning and implementing rehabilitative care for clients? At Alhola Care Home, you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills in a versatile manner and influence the development of nursing work in our unit. A recruitment bonus is available for the position, 8% of the task-specific salary (237.97€/month), for 4 months from the start of employment. Your tasks As a nurse, you will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitative care (RAI) for clients, as well as for developing the quality of nursing work. You will act as a nursing expert and coordinator, guiding practical nurses, care assistants, and care workers. In your work, you will plan, implement, and evaluate the client's medication treatment in collaboration with a doctor and ensure the implementation of medication orders within the unit. You will work closely in multidisciplinary cooperation, communicate with relatives and other partners, and monitor and assess the overall well-being of residents. Additionally, you will supervise students and orient new employees, as well as actively maintain your professional skills by acquiring new knowledge and developing your expertise.
