You will work as a practical nurse in the home care resource pool, with assignments in various home care units as needed. The work unit may change daily, making the work varied and providing opportunities to utilize your professional skills in different operational environments. You will receive support from colleagues and your supervisor in daily work, even if the work environment changes. The work involves two shifts. Shifts are scheduled through electronic services, allowing you to influence your own shifts and personal preferences flexibly. We offer a varied and mobile job where you can develop your skills in different home care units. You can influence your shifts through electronic shift planning. You will receive orientation for the role and support from colleagues and your supervisor in daily work. You are flexible and tolerate changes, as the work environment and units may change with short notice. You value varied work and can operate smoothly as part of the overall home care team in different operational environments. Good proficiency in Finnish is required. Working in the Parainen-Nauvo area requires good Finnish and Swedish language skills, as well as satisfactory skills in another language. A driving license and access to a personal car are necessary for the job. An active LOVe medication license and good IT skills are considered an advantage. The qualification requirement is a professional degree in social and health care (practical nurse) or a previous school-level qualification in the field, along with a valid registration in JulkiTerhikki and JulkiSuosikki registers.
