Job Description
We are now looking for a Traffic Service Station Manager for Lohja ABC! In this role, you will be responsible for one of the largest and most successful units in the ABC chain. The role is well suited for someone who has already gained experience in supervisory roles in the restaurant or retail sector. The Traffic Service Station Manager position is a versatile and interesting leadership role that requires strong prioritization, quick reaction skills, and attractive customer service abilities. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, staff, and results at Lohja ABC, and you will lead your team by example in daily tasks. We prioritize people, and as a manager, your main task is to help your staff succeed in their work. What do we expect from a Traffic Service Station Manager? You work enthusiastically, with a positive attitude, and enjoy motivating staff. You meet your team members warmly and humanely. Active approach to guiding and leading business operations and personnel. Experience and proven track record in supervisory roles either from the restaurant or retail sector.
