Job Description
The Häme Police Department has a vacancy for a position at the demanding level 04.06.02, with placement in the traffic and special operations unit of the control and alert sector, in Hämeenlinna. The task is to act as the team leader of the traffic control team and as the supervisor of its personnel. The team leader is responsible for the daily management of the team and, if necessary, discusses with the field commander, R1, and the general commander regarding the appropriate use of resources. The team leader is the personnel manager for the team members and conducts goal and development discussions with them. He/she is also responsible for the team's results, identifying training needs of the personnel, and preparing relevant matters for the sector manager.
