Customer Coordinator Helsinki, Mehiläinen Corporate Customer Service - Mehiläinen Oy - Remote - Global

We are expanding our operations and are looking for customer coordinators to work in Helsinki at Mehiläinen Corporate Customer Service. The role involves managing customer relationships, advising clients on occupational health agreements and invoices, and ensuring clients find the right contract scope. Tasks include contacting customers, negotiating contracts, selling additional services, and maintaining customer and contract data in internal systems. Success requires strong communication skills, sales ability, and excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate is positive, clear, convincing, enjoys customer service, and has experience working with corporate clients, preferably in healthcare or sales. Fluency in Finnish, Swedish, and English is required, with the ability to negotiate with corporate decision-makers. The work hours are weekdays 7–18, with partial remote work possible. The salary is based on the Finnish healthcare collective agreement, with a basic monthly salary of €2785.98 plus experience-based bonuses.
